Shipping Policy

Normally order
will be shipped within 2~3 business days after
the payment is received.

Shipping information along with tracking number
will be emailed to buyer after the order is
shipped.

Risk of package loss shall pass to buyer unless
otherwise agreed to in writing by Q-Proto
System.

USPS (United States Postal Service) is used
for the standard shipping. Other shipping
methods can be requested. Please an email

Return Policy

All
products have 15 days return policy with
original receipt.

All products can be exchanged within 30
days after the purchase.

Returned
product must be in re-sellable condition. 25%
restocking fee will be charged
otherwise.

Cancelled order is subject to 25%
cancellation fee.

The return policy is not applied to the products
which, in Q-Proto System's opinion, have been
misused such as static discharge, modification,
over voltage and incorrect external pins
connection.

Full
amount less shipping and handling fee will be
refunded.

Buyer
will be responsible for the returning
shipping.
- All duties and taxes are the responsibility of
the international customer.
- 8.75 percent sales tax is added to your order if
the shipping address is in California.
